Custom Tie Dye Apparel

Squeegee Prints is happy to now provide custom tie dye apparel – all made & printed locally in San Diego, CA.

Tie dye season is here & that means we see a lot of low quantities from our selection due to the high demand. Sometimes the colors offered aren’t what you’re looking for either. We can create a custom tie dye specifically for your needs – with your apparel of choice. Each tee is hand folded and hand dyed to ensure consistency and quality. This is great option for teams, events, reunions & for the fun of it.

Most T shirt brands that do tie dye will use Gildan Ultra tees. The tee we recommend using would be anything that’s 100% ringspun cotton (Gildan Softstyle, Bella Canvas 3001, American Apparel 2001W to name a few.)

We can custom tie dye most apparel, including;

  • Tees / Tanks
  • Tote bags
  • Crewneck sweaters
  • Pullover hoodies, with or without a zipper
  • Anything else that has a high cotton content

Pick [up to] 4 colors for your custom dyed tee, as well as the tie dye pattern;

Do you want the patterns of the dye to be in the center of the tee? Or is off centered more your style? You can go bright & bold or something a bit more mellow and earthy. If you’re unsure of what type of tie-dye will be best for your needs, our team can help you to create a pattern and color options, which will provide a better “canvas” for your design.

Your artwork will be printed after the tie dye is completed & cured to the fabric. The best apparel to tie dye is 100% Cotton, white or natural in color. Bleach tie dye is also a possibility, please let us know if this is something you’re interested in. When picking the 3 colors for your apparel, I would recommend having the design in mind so you can plan the color(s) accordingly to make sure they won’t clash.

Please allow 4 weeks for completion.

Minimum of 150 units per design.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Fill out quote below, invoice gets sent & paid prior to job
  2. We order the apparel
  3. Apparel gets dyed (this process takes up to around 1 – 2 weeks)
  4. Apparel gets printed
  5. You pick up (or we can ship it to you)

* Please keep in mind that all apparel is 100% Cotton & will shrink in the process of dying the fabric *
